| SKF (SKF) the appointment of the new management group |

Goteborg, February 24, 2016: in order to improve the management to promote sales growth and improve profitability of the attention, SKF (SKF) announced today to make the following changes to the management of the group, all the changes take effect immediately.
Group management will be responsible for the following four business areas:
Americas industrial sales, responsible for the John Schmidt
Industrial sales in Europe and Central Asia, responsible for the Erik Nelander
Industrial sales in Asia, led by Patrick Tong
Automotive and aerospace, responsible for the Stephane Le by Mounier
In addition, the following group management:
Business and product development, responsible for the Victoria van by Camp
Bearing operations (including procurement, manufacturing and logistics), responsible for the Luc Graux
After this change, SKF group management is now composed of the following members:

Group segment financial report for the first quarter of 2016 remained unchanged. The report of the second quarter of 2016 will be subdivided into automotive and industrial customers with segment reporting. Adjusted data for 2014, 2015 and the first quarter of 2016 will be provided prior to the release of the report.
