SKF is investing 145 million SEK for lifting large size bearing factory is located in the German Schweinfurt competition.
As part of the investment, it will install a new automatic hardening processing channel, and is equipped with the latest and connectivity solutions, so that the machine restart time becomes shorter, and the production scale and more flexibility.
At the same time, the factory will implement a new heat treatment process, the new process will be more efficient, can significantly improve the bearing performance.

Investment projects announced today are expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
